I thought I’d best do an update to let you know I haven’t disappeared from the face of the earth!
Last November, we had double glazing and a kitchen fitted. I thought that was bad. Over the last 2 weeks, we have had a new roof and are almost at the end of having the bathroom re-done. We have also had a full re-wire as the electrics hadn’t been updated since the house was built in 1964. Dust???? Everywhere. All the wiring has been done and we have had a new circuit board put in. The electrician said he hadn’t seen one like ours in 26 years since he started as a “spark.” We have just got the bathroom to be finished, which should be done by Tuesday.
I have really missed posting as much as I have missed making a profit! I will keep you fully up to date and should be back to regular posts this Wednesday.
