NOTES
- Be careful if races start close to each other. You may not get the results before the next race starts. Watch it on Betfair.
- Sometimes, the result of a previous race dictates my next selection. The Platinum spreadsheet determines your next stake.
- I ALWAYS stop betting if I hit my target of 2.5% (or as near as dammit.) If you get close to your personal target, it’s your decision as to whether you want to carry on.
- It’s your call as to whether you take the early odds, hoping they will then go down, or wait until nearer the off hoping the odds have increased.
- A profit of 2.5% per day will double your Bank in a month.
STAKING PLAN 1
- All selections will be using the Platinum Staking Spreadsheet, with the Bet Type dependent on the odds and the spreadsheet settings.
- Stop when “JOB DONE” is hit or as near as dammit.
- The stake will be calculated automatically by the Platinum Spreadsheet.
- If a loss occurs, the spreadsheet will keep you on track for the next bet.
STAKING PLAN 2. (This follows Dave & Gav’s C20 staking plan:)
- Divide your Total Betting Fund into 4 equal blocks. (25% per block.)
- One block – (25%) is used as your Frontline Betting Bank with either 10% or 20% as your stake. (Your choice.) 75% is held in reserve in case of a major loss.
- As you are only using 25% of your Total Bank to bet with, you may want to “Collapse” your Bank and start again at a profit of either 5% or 10%. The choice is yours.
- Any winnings are added to your Total Betting Bank and then the whole process of splitting into 4 blocks starts again.
- You will need to use Gav & Dave’s Spreadsheet to calculate your stakes. (If not a VIP member, you may want to stick with 10% of your Betting Bank as your stake, then follow rules 1 – 3 above.)

29.5.24 – I HIT MY TARGET OF REACHING £4,000 WHICH STARTED 17.7.23 WITH £100. THIS WAS INCREASED TO £5,000.00 WHICH WAS HIT.
I am keeping a Reserve of £3000 & starting with a new weekly Betting Bank of £2000. Any profit will be withdrawn after the last race on Saturday. A new sheet will be updated daily & reset every Saturday evening, ready for the next week’s betting.
Any losses will be taken from the Reserve Bank and any subsequent profit will be used to top up the Reserve Bank until we are in a position to start taking weekly profits again.

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Race 3 on Tripler let us down badly, well beaten by a terrific run by a 9/1 outsider. It knobbled our profit from midweek but we ended up with a profit over the week’s betting of £145.24. This will be added to the Reserve Bank & we start again tomorrow with the Bank reset to £2000. Exactly the same results for Doc’s Fav Goldmine as they were the same 3 selections that passed my selection criteria. We hit Job Done after Race 1 so end of today’s betting for DFG.
