YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Not too bad a day. I hit target on all 3 major systems, with the selections coming in 2nd, 2nd & 1st. I stopped betting after Race 1 on Tripler. My first big Fav Goldmine hiccup. Race 1 came 4th, with a 28/1 duffer knocking us out of the places. A loss of my stake but virtually caught right back up with Races 2 & 3.

14.05 – Fairyhouse – The Getaway Star. Darling Daughter is a major threat. SPLIT. RESULT – 2nd.
14.15 – Southwell – Hooper. Jockey is Jeremiah McGrath. He should be a movie star with a name like that. WIN. RESULT – 2nd.
15.35 – Cheltenham – Does He Know. Grand Mogul, ridden by Triumph de Bonneville is a threat & that jockey always seems to have the jinx on me. Initially a win, but with de Bonneville against us, SPLIT. RESULT – 1st.
