For Tripler, OBAD and Ratchet, I use the 3 selections generated by the HRP software, assess each one and then say what I am going to do. Obviously, you can make your own decisions as to what you think the outcomes will be. Sometimes, the result of a previous race will dictate as to whether I stick with my predictions or not.
My new system, Doc’s Fav Goldmine, is showing plenty of promise and I have had several winners on the spin. My small stakes are increasing in size, due to a constant supply of winning selections 🙂 My DFG Bank is now really building nicely.
I stop betting if I hit my target of 2.5% (or as near as dammit.) Use your common sense – if you get close to your personal target, it’s your decision as to whether you want to carry on & go for it. Personally, I learned the harsh lesson of being greedy and many times, when just under target, I have “Gone for it,” only to lose the lot chasing bigger profits.

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Not the best of starts with a 4th place, but hopefully, with the increase in stake, Race 2’s win should have made amends before stopping on Tripler.. It cost us on OBAD and again, hopefully, target was hit on Race 1 on Ratchet. Doc’s Fav Goldmine had a Race 1 winner, so again, betting was stopped before Painless Potter’s abysmal performance. Doc’s Bank Builder had a faller in Race 1. I hope the horse was OK and Race 2 was a Non Runner, so a bit of a mish mash, all in all.

16.40 – Aintree – Bravemansgame (72) – Was outclassed recently, but that was by much better competition than here today. I am taking this as a massive positive. WIN. RESULT – 2nd.
