My new system, Doc’s Fav Goldmine, is showing plenty of promise and I have had several winners on the spin. My small stakes are increasing in size, due to a constant supply of winning selections 🙂 My DFG Bank is now really building nicely.
For Tripler, OBAD and Ratchet, I use the 3 selections generated by the HRP software, assess each one and then say what I am going to do. Obviously, you can make your own decisions as to what you think the outcomes will be. Sometimes, the result of a previous race will dictate as to whether I stick with my predictions or not.
I stop betting if I hit my target of 2.5% (or as near as dammit.) Use your common sense – if you get close to your personal target, it’s your decision as to whether you want to carry on & go for it. Personally, I learned the harsh lesson of being greedy and many times, when just under target, I have “Gone for it,” only to lose the lot chasing bigger profits.
I am testing a new system – Doc’s Bank Builder. Similar to Doc’s Fav Goldmine, all bets are in the place market and hopefully, it is winning string to the bow.

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Pretty damn good day. Three 1st places on the 3 Blue Ribbon systems meant profits on Tripler, OBAD & Ratchet. On DOC’S FAV GOLDMINE, the Race 1 selection fell at the last after leading, so this system was a day of catch up. The other 3 selections placed. DOC’S BANK BUILDER had 4 selections and every one of them finished in the place market. Yet another great day.

12.30 – Catterick – Omar Maretti (77) – With Harry Skeleton on board, it has a great chance, but it’s neck & neck with Omar Maretti. Too close to call. SPLIT 2 – 2. RESULT – 1st.
