I didn’t do any betting yesterday because of the weather. I daren’t look at the results because knowing my luck, we would have had a bumper day! I have to hand it to the horse racing fraternity – nothing seems to put them off weather-wise. Horses, jockeys, stable boys, stable girls. They really put up with dreadful conditions.
For today’s selections, I am going for WINS on all 3 selections. The only slight doubt is Race 2, which is a little tight in the early betting. If I have a winner on Race 1, I will see if I can get away with a Split Bet to hit my target on Race 2. Race 3 is very close behind so I hope I don’t have to bet on this one.
I always play it as safe as possible to hit my 2.5% target. If I can get there with Split bets, I will.
