13.55 – Fakenham – Swaffham Bulbeck. Only 5 runners. Swaffham Bulbeck came in 1st so that was target beaten on Tripler. No more bets on this system.

15.00 – Lingfield – Unforgiving Minute. Favourite by a country mile. Daft bugger only went and lost! Loss on OBAD for me.

Race 1 gave me a small profit. Stupidly, because the odds were so ridiculously low, I put my stake on this nag to win. Bloody thing lost! Race 3 was a winning bet but because – yet again – I didn’t listen to my own rules, I had a loss on Ratchet.
Overall was a profitable day. It could have been worse – I could have put £100 on Goshen 🙂
