12.15 – Stratford – Dragueneau. Jockey is Adam Wedge. Hope he brings us loads of Wedge. WIN. RESULT – 1st. Wedge brought in the wedge, but not enough to hit target. On to Race 3.
19.10 – Newbury – Nova Roma. Huge favourite, ridden by Frankie Dettori. (Are his cousins Frankie DeLabour and Frankie DeLibDem?) WIN. RESULT – 5th. Dettori fast became DeLoser.
