**NB On the last race, because Races 1 & 2 both placed, my calculator said if I did a SPLIT bet & the horse won, I would hit my target. If it finishes 2nd, I would have a winning day but just under target. Cos I’m a cautious bloke, I changed my decision on Race 3 & am going for a SPLIT.

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Well, only 1 selection for yesterday. I was unsure as to whether or not to have a bet because if it lost, there was nothing to fall back on to recoup any losses. I went for a SPLIT bet on the only selection; 14.15 Plumpton. Fraser Island. The horse came 2nd, so I lost on the Win element of both OBAD & TRIPLER but won both Place bets. Overall, a tiny loss. Ratchet was a nice winner and hopefully, it is growing quite nicely.
Not sure what tomorrow will bring.

When placing The Ratchet ( 10% Bank Stake & Stop at 2.50% profit). Is that for all the selections or one specific horse?

I do a 10% bet on Race 1. If it loses, it’s 10% on Race 2% (but NOT going lower stake than the highest you have used. eg if stake is £20 & you lose, you don’t use 10% of the smaller bank. You stick at £20.) If you get a bit worried,you can always work out what stake to use to hit your target without risking your full 10%.
