All in all, a good day. Thank goodness we had a winner in Race 1 which meant all my targets were hit after that race. My new system worked well too 🙂

12.50 – Stratford – Hiconic. My spreadsheet shows a Win would hit target on a split bet. SPLIT. RESULT – 1st. Job Done. Target Hit. No more Tripler betting for me today.
13.40 – Chepstow – Shobiz. Out and out clear favourite after a terrific debut. Don’t let us down! WIN. RESULT – 3rd. Good job I stopped betting after Race 1. The pleb didn’t win!
14.15 – Chepstow – Sun Festival. A newish runner and reckoned to go one better than its’ really good 1st performance. Initially WIN. But if we need to go to Race 3 and a Split would hit target, that’s what I will do. RESULT – 3rd.
